Job Description

Role Overview: You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met by using your in-depth process and service knowledge. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. Additionally, you will provide input for training materials, ensure compliance with company policies and the law, analyze exceptions, offer process improvement recommendations, and lead the continuous improvement process for the team. Key Responsibilities: - Provide specialist technical expertise to lead proactive and reactive recruitment activities in accordance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and guidelines - Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, partner with People Managers, provide market insights, and enhance candidate experience - Establish business and applicant requirements, coach managers, source candidates using various mediums, and build talent pools for future hiring needs - Act as a candidate relationship manager, collaborate with BU Talent Acquisition Lead for process improvement, efficiency, and quality service - Coordinate and execute on-campus and online recruitment events, manage logistics, support onboarding of Summer Interns and Full-Time Hires, provide administrative support, track key metrics, and stay updated on best practices in early career recruitment Qualifications Required: - Experience and knowledge in a specific process area, shared service organization, team collaboration, process design, business requirement gathering, and effective communication skills - Talent acquisition expertise in sourcing, assessment, matching, stakeholder management, project management, vendor management, and continuous improvement - Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, influencing, written and verbal communication skills, drive for results, customer service orientation, and project management skills Company Additional Details (if present): Mondelez India Foods Private Limited has been in India for over 70 years, offering a variety of well-loved local and global brands.
