Position: Executive Assistant to Managing Director (EA to MD)
Location: Pitampura, Delhi
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Qualification: MBA in Marketing (Full Time From Reputed University)
Salary: Up to ₹80,000 per month
Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel frequently
Gender Preference: Male

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) with a strong background in Marketing. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. This role involves direct coordination with the MD, handling strategic initiatives, and representing the MD during travel or official meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the MD in day-to-day operations and decision-making.
• Assist in planning and executing business development & marketing strategies.
• Accompany the MD on business trips, meetings, plant visits, and client visits.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external use.
• Act as a bridge between the MD and various departments.
• Coordinate and follow up on various tasks assigned by the MD.
• Maintain a calendar of activities, travel plans, and meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• MBA in Marketing with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Smart, energetic, well-groomed male candidate with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi Mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Flexible with work hours and travel schedule.
• High level of integrity, commitment, and responsibility.
