The Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) is a not-for-profit organization committed to developing a skilled workforce for the telecom industry. Established under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, TSSC is an industry-led apex body formed through a collaboration between the Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), India Cellular & Electronics Association (ICEA), and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology and Department of Telecommunications (MeitY). With over 6.5 lac certified professionals and approximately 500 training partners operating 1000+ centers nationwide, TSSC continues its mission to advance skill development in the telecom sector.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, based in Gurugram. The Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, maintaining task trackers and CEO email, facilitating communication, organizing schedules, drafting minutes, coordinating meetings of the CEO. The candidate should have a strong technical knowledge of telecom to help with strategy and drafting of notes and presentations on behalf of the CEO. The role requires a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who can work efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Btech ECE (MUST)
• 0-3 years of past experience
• Strong Communication and Organization skills
• Proficiency in Office Administration
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Experience with scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative support
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Familiarity with the telecom industry or assisting army personnel is advantageous
