Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement personal branding strategies for the Chairman across digital and traditional media.
  • Manage and grow the Chairmans presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Handle media interactions, organize press coverage, coordinate influencer/celebrity liaisons, and arrange exclusive interviews.
  • Draft well-articulated speeches, articles, opinion pieces, and other content aligned with brand tone and positioning.
  • Conceptualize and execute thought leadership initiatives in line with the Chairmans areas of interest: education, entrepreneurship, sports, hospitality, and social impact.

Executive Support & Communications

  • Manage the Chairman’s calendar, travel schedule, and participation in high-profile events and conferences.
  • Coordinate confidential communication on his behalf with internal departments, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare background notes, media briefings, and strategic documents for meetings and public appearances.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and effective workflow management.

Campaign & Agency Coordination

  • Liaise with in-house teams and external PR/digital agencies to design, execute, and monitor brand campaigns.
  • Track engagement metrics and provide insights to optimize content and brand performance.
  • Supervise the creation of visual content, promotional materials, and media kits.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

    Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Journalism, Mass Communication, or Media Studies.

  • 3–8 years of professional experience in a similar capacity.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent command over

    English, Bengali, and Hindi

    — both spoken and written.
  • Outstanding storytelling and content development skills with a flair for

    creative writing and digital engagement.

  • Deep understanding of PR trends, media relations, and online reputation management.
  • Ability to

    multitask

    , prioritize effectively, and work in high-pressure environments with

    complete discretion.

  • Highly

    confident, polished, and presentable personality

    , able to represent the Chairman and the brand at prestigious forums.
