Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive EA with strong expertise in advanced Excel and Power BI to support our executive leadership team. This role combines traditional executive assistance with high-level data analysis and reporting responsibilities, helping drive data-informed decision-making across the business.

Requirements: Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative/analytical role.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and Power BI.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong skills in data cleaning, transformation, and visualization.
• Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration tools is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• High level of professionalism and discretion.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
