Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research relevant

  US Police Departments

  for data acquisition.
• 
  
• Draft and send

  professional emails

  requesting incident reports, FIRs, and case-related material.
• 
  
• Follow up on pending requests and maintain proper communication.
• 
  
• Organize and structure collected data to ensure accuracy and usability for video scripts.
• 
  
• Maintain and update request status using

  CRM tools

  or Excel/Google Sheets.
• 
  
• Work closely with the content and research team to curate

  authentic, story-driven materials

• 
  
• Ensure legal and ethical compliance while handling public data.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field (Mass Comm, Journalism, Law, or English preferred).
• 
  
• 2 years experience in email communication, research, or outreach-based roles.
• 
  
• Excellent

  email writing

  and professional communication skills.
• 
  
• Familiarity with

  CRM tools

  or Excel for tracking and follow-ups.
• 
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 
  
• Interest in true crime, documentaries, or real-life cases is a big plus.
