Role - Assistant Manager- Email Marketing

Location - Ahmedabad /Gurgaon WFO

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager in Email Marketing to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in email marketing and a proven track record of driving successful email campaigns. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies to engage our target audience and drive conversions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement email, sms & whatsapp marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions

- Manage email marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns

- Create automation, triggered based flows and journeys

- Segment customers basis engagement and other metrics

- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI

- Create A/B tests and work on the hypothesis to achieve the desired results

- Manage subscription forms and monitor the deliverability aspect of email marketing

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in email marketing

- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in email marketing

- Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, MailChimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
