Role Description

This is an on-site internship role located in Noida for an E-learning Developer. The E-learning Developer will be responsible for designing and developing e-learning modules, managing learning content, and ensuring compliance with e-learning standards such as SCORM. The role involves creating instructional material, developing interactive content, and participating in various training & development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Skills in E-Learning Development and Instructional Design
• Experience in Learning Management and Training & Development
• Knowledge of SCORM and other e-learning standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field is beneficial
