Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-learning Developer located in Thane. The Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing e-learning content. They will work closely with instructional designers to create engaging and impactful learning experiences. Daily tasks include managing learning management systems, ensuring SCORM compliance, and participating in training and development activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in E-Learning Development
• Experience in working with Articulate 360, Learning Management and SCORM compliance
• Knowledge of using tools such as Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro will be preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience in eLearning or related industry is a plus
