Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented E-Learning Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming instructional content into high-quality, interactive digital learning modules using industry-standard tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging e-learning courses using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools
• Convert scripts and storyboards into interactive modules, assessments, and microlearning experiences
• Design clean, user-friendly layouts following brand and UI/UX guidelines
• Integrate multimedia elements (audio, video, graphics, animations) into learning solutions
• Publish SCORM/xAPI-compliant packages and ensure LMS compatibility
• Perform quality checks for functionality, responsiveness, and learner experience
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and graphic teams to deliver high-quality learning products

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in e-learning development
• Proficiency in at least one authoring tool (Storyline / Rise / Captivate / iSpring)
• Understanding of instructional design concepts and adult learning principles
• Basic multimedia skills (image editing, audio cleanup, simple animations)
• Familiarity with SCORM/LMS workflows
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage timelines effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Instructional Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, Education, or related field
• Portfolio or sample work demonstrating e-learning projects (preferred)
