E-learning Designer

background in instructional design principles and be proficient with Articulate tools (Rise and

Storyline) to design, develop, and deliver engaging digital learning content. This role will work

closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and stakeholders to create educational

materials that improve knowledge retention and skill development across technical domains.

Key Responsibilities:-

● Design and develop interactive, engaging, and user-friendly e-learning modules using

Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline.

● Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to gather content and

translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and learner-focused digital

training.

● Integrate multimedia elements (graphics, animations, video and audio) into e-learning

modules to enhance the learning experience.

Location- Remote

Skills Required

● Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training, or a related field.

● Proven experience designing and developing e-learning modules using Articulate

Storyline and Articulate Rise.

● Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

● Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and multimedia

editing tools.

● Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects

simultaneously.

● Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

● Certification in Instructional Design or e-Learning (e.g., ATD, CPTD).

● 5+ years of experience in instructional design or e-learning development
