E Learning Content Creator

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented eLearning Content Creator to join our team and develop engaging, high-quality educational content for our construction-focused learning platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a strong understanding of construction concepts, and the ability to translate complex topics into accessible, interactive learning materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Development: Design and create instructional materials, including video scripts, presentations, quizzes, and interactive modules, tailored to the construction industry.
• Research & Accuracy: Conduct thorough research to ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards and best practices.
• Multimedia Integration: Utilize multimedia tools (e.g., animations, graphics, and videos) to enhance learner engagement and comprehension.
• Platform Optimization: Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless integration of content into the learning management system (LMS).
• Learner-Centric Design: Develop content that caters to diverse learning styles, from beginners to advanced professionals in construction.
• Feedback & Improvement: Analyze learner feedback and performance data to continuously refine and improve course materials.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in eLearning content creation, instructional design, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction concepts, terminology, and industry practices.
• Proficiency in eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to create visually appealing and interactive content using graphic design or video editing software.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in or with the construction industry.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and construction project management.
• Familiarity with SCORM or xAPI standards for eLearning content.
