Job Description

Department: Learning & Development

Location: NIBM Road, Pune

Articulate 360 Developer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality eLearning modules using

    Articulate Storyline

    and

    Rise 360

    .
  • Translate scripts or storyboards into interactive learning experiences.
  • Integrate multimedia elements like voiceovers, images, videos, and animations.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) and testing to ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance and compatibility with various LMS platforms.
  • Troubleshoot functionality and user experience issues in published content.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, graphic designers, and subject matter experts.
  • Support version control, revisions, and updates of learning assets.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 year of hands-on experience with

    Articulate 360 tools

    , especially

    Storyline

    and

    Rise 360

    .
  • Understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS publishing requirements.
  • Ability to interpret learning objectives and create appropriate interactivity.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia editing tools (e.g., Canva, Audacity, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.



Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

  • Exposure to instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM.
  • Experience working with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Microsoft Teams).
  • Basic HTML5/CSS knowledge for customisations.
