Learning Content Developer

What you’ll do

• Develop learning content for

  digital platforms, e-learning courses, and ILT programs

• Convert ideas and concepts into structured learning modules, storyboards and assessments
• Create learner-friendly materials including scripts, facilitator guides, handbooks and job aids
• Work with SMEs to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging narratives
• Ensure consistency in tone, pedagogy and learning flow
• Collaborate with design and product teams during content development
  

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years of experience in

  learning content development / instructional design

• Excellent written English with strong structuring and storytelling ability
• Understanding of adult learning principles & learner engagement strategies
• Familiarity with LMS/e-learning ecosystems is an advantage

• Comfort using AI-based tools

  (ChatGPT, Claude, Synthesia, Canva AI, etc.) is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized and open to feedback
