E-Commerce Specialist

We retail across leading online marketplaces and are rapidly expanding our e-commerce operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Associate to join our team and manage daily operations across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Marketplace Account Management: Manage and operate Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Myntra Partner Portal. Ensure timely product listing updates, price revisions, and offer activations. Monitor order flow, returns, and penalties to maintain healthy account performance. Order Processing & Quality Check: Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order processing through Uniware. Perform quality checks before packing to ensure products meet brand standards. Oversee dispatch accuracy and packaging quality. Claims & Reimbursements: File safety claims for wrong or damaged returns on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. File penalty reimbursement forms and follow up for approvals and recoveries. Inventory Management: Track and maintain accurate inventory records across all platforms. Coordinate inward and outward stock movements to avoid stockouts or overselling. Regularly reconcile physical stock with system data. Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with warehouse staff for day-to-day operations. Maintain records and generate regular reports on sales, inventory, returns, and claims. Assist in implementing operational improvements to increase efficiency. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in fashion/footwear. Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Myntra, and Uniware. Strong Excel and reporting skills. Good communication and coordination abilities.
