As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a talented "E-Commerce Sales Specialist" who can drive our online sales and elevate our brand presence on key marketplaces.
{Role Overview}
We are looking for a highly experienced and results-oriented **E-Commerce Sales Specialist ** to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, optimizing product listings, and implementing effective pricing, advertisement, and inventory strategies to maximize sales and profitability across leading Indian e-commerce platforms.
**Key Responsibilities:** + ** Skills & Qualifications **
- Marketplace Management: Manage and optimize our brand’s presence on **Amazon**, **Flipkart**, **Myntraa**, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Listing Optimization: Improve product listings with strong SEO practices, compelling content, and high-quality images to increase visibility and drive conversions.
- Pricing & Inventory Planning: Develop competitive pricing strategies and manage inventory levels to ensure the right products are always available and at the right price.
- Advertising & Promotions: Plan and execute digital ad campaigns (PPC, sponsored products, etc.) to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Utilize analytics tools (Amazon PI, JS, GT, etc.) to track market trends, monitor competitor strategies, and adjust our approach accordingly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and strategies.
- Brand Building: Strengthen the presence and visibility of our exclusive beauty brands, ensuring alignment with the overall brand image and customer expectations.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, identify performance gaps, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales performance.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience managing e-commerce sales on platforms like **Amazon**, **Flipkart**, and **Nykaa**. Prior experience in beauty or FMCG sectors is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Problem Solving: A proactive approach to solving challenges and optimizing product performance.
