Location: Mohali (On-site)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday–Saturday)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skill)

About the Role

We’re looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will handle product listings, pricing, promotions, and ensure smooth operations across marketplaces and our website. If you’re detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about driving online growth — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings, pricing, and inventory on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
• Create, optimize, and maintain product titles, descriptions, and images for better visibility and conversion
• Monitor sales performance, traffic, and rankings using marketplace dashboards and analytics tools
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal sales
• Handle order processing, returns, and customer service coordination
• Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns and brand communication
• Track competitor activity and suggest pricing or marketing adjustments
• Generate regular reports on performance and identify areas for improvement

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shopify
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis
• Understanding of SEO for e-commerce (keywords, product titles, descriptions)
• Familiarity with digital marketing basics (ads, campaigns, traffic sources)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Freshers with a strong interest in e-commerce are welcome to apply

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads Manager
• Knowledge of product cataloging, logistics, and inventory management systems
• Prior experience in health or consumer product categories
