E-Commerce QA Associate

Location: Hyderabad, India
Experience: 2–4 Years
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Job Summary

We’re looking for an E-Commerce QA Associate to ensure the quality, accuracy, and smooth functioning of our online platform.
The ideal candidate should have experience in functional testing, UAT, and e-commerce workflows — ensuring every release meets business and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional and UAT testing across e-commerce modules (Product Listing, Cart, Checkout, Payments, and Order Tracking).
Identify, log, and track defects; coordinate with developers for fixes.
Validate integrations with ERP, CRM, Payment Gateways, and Logistics platforms.
Prepare and maintain test cases, test reports, and regression test suites.
Collaborate with product and business teams to understand and document workflows.
Participate in sprint meetings and provide QA support for releases.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
2–4 years of QA or functional testing experience, preferably in e-commerce.
Hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Jira, and Test Management tools.
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.

Good to Have

Exposure to API testing and integration validation.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
Basic understanding of automation tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,413.78 - ₹50,015.93 per month
