Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Platform Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in the Indian job market context, with a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing and online consumer behavior.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to maximize sales
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements to the platform
Analyze platform data and create reports to identify areas of improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the platform remains competitive
Collaborate with digital marketing team to create and execute campaigns to drive traffic and sales
Manage customer reviews and respond to inquiries to maintain a positive brand image
Ensure platform compliance with local laws and regulations

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2-5 years of experience in e-commerce platform management
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.
Knowledge of digital marketing and online consumer behavior
Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to e-commerce platforms
