Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store presence across various digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and technical skills to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance overall online sales performance. The E-Commerce Specialist will play a key role in developing innovative marketing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics to ensure continuous growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies utilizing SEO tools, keyword research, and content optimization to improve search engine rankings.
  • Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms using content management systems such as WordPress and other CMS tools.
  • Create compelling content for product descriptions, landing pages, email marketing campaigns, and social media channels to engage target audiences.
  • Utilize Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, SEM, and Google AdWords to run targeted advertising campaigns that increase traffic and sales.
  • Perform conversion rate optimization through A/B testing, analytics insights, and marketing automation techniques to maximize ROI.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design best practices.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track KPIs, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights.
  • Manage social media marketing efforts including social media management tools for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on B2B marketing initiatives and support overall digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Stay current with industry trends related to e-commerce, digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and emerging technologies such as JavaScript and SQL for website enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles with a focus on online retail platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools, keyword research techniques, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and Google AdWords.
  • Proficiency in content creation including copywriting for product descriptions, blogs, emails, and social media posts.
  • Technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, SQL queries preferred for website customization and data analysis.
  • Experience with WordPress or other content management systems is essential.
  • Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and performance marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
