Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identifying customers :
Identifying customers who require order fulfillment and other 3PL relevant operations.
Quotation drafting and negotiations:
Draft quotes as per the customers' requirements and negotiate and onboard the clients.
Process Optimization:
Develop and implement efficient SOPs to improve picking, packing, and shipping workflows.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor warehouse/fulfilment executives and ensure workforce productivity.
Vendor Coordination and Vendor onboarding :
Identifying third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and service providers and onboard them for operations purpose.
Reporting & Analytics:
Track KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch time, delivery SLAs, and returns management; present performance reports to management.
Customer Escalations:
Handle the after sales grievences of the customers.
