E-Commerce Order Confirmation Executive

As a E-commerce Order Confirmation Executive, you will be responsible for confirming all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, handling NDRs (Non-Delivery Reports), and ensuring timely shipment and fulfillment of orders for our e-commerce store. Your role directly impacts our customer experience and RTO (Return to Origin) rate. This is a performance-based, remote position (approx. 4-5 hours/day) where your primary mission is to increase our successful delivery rate. Key Responsibilities: Confirm & Save Orders (Voice): You will call customers to verify their (COD) orders, confirm all delivery details, and assess their buyer intent. When a customer wants to cancel, you'll use your training to handle their objection and save the sale. NDR & Delivery Management (Voice & Text): This is your top priority. You will handle all failed delivery attempts (NDRs) by contacting customers, rescheduling deliveries, updating addresses, and coordinating with our courier partners. Order Fulfillment (Admin): You will manage the full lifecycle of your orders. This includes processing all confirmed orders, generating shipping labels, and coordinating with logistics partners to ensure a timely dispatch. Inbound Customer Support (Voice): You will handle incoming calls from customers regarding order tracking, delivery delays, or product queries. Your goal is to resolve their issue instantly to build trust and ensure they don't cancel the order. What's In It For You? Additional Earning Opportunities: You will also earn a 10% commission on any new sales you personally close (e.g., from Instagram DMs).
