What You’ll Do

• Manage product catalog lifecycle: listings, attributes, images, and hygiene Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Tata Cliq, etc.
• Monitor order flow and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Raise tickets and resolve operational issues with marketplace support teams.
• Oversee consignment & outright workflows (seller/vendor managed): stock allocations, replenishment, reconciliations.
• Monitor order processing SLAs (OTIF, ship-by, cancel rates) and resolve exceptions (NDR, RTO, returns).
• Maintain trackers for returns, reconciliations, and penalties.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep catalogues updated and ensure availability of products online

Must Haves

• 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations (footwear/apparel/CPG preferred) managing multi-channel marketplaces and D2C.
• Familiarity with marketplace seller panels like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Past experience in e-commerce,warehouse operations, quick commerce
• Comfort with billing & documentation
• Exposure to B2B outright channel operations and key account coordination.
