Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Order & dispatch management: Assist in tracking, processing, and ensuring timely dispatch of customer orders through internal systems.
Return & refund coordination: Communicate with the customer service and logistics teams to manage product returns and coordinate timely refunds or replacements.
Inventory & stock handling: Support inventory updates, stock reconciliation, and assist in maintaining warehouse records.
Courier & vendor follow-ups: Regular follow-ups with courier partners and suppliers to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and issue resolutions.
Daily reports & Excel tracking: Maintain daily operational data using Excel/Google Sheets and generate actionable reports for team leads.
