E-Commerce Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Management & Fulfillment

• Allocate and track

  orders to nearest stores

  for hyperlocal and outstation deliveries.
• Monitor order flow from website, marketplaces, and quick-commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, Nykaa).
• Ensure on-time dispatches and proactively resolve exceptions or failed pickups.

2. Logistics Coordination

• Liaise with 3PL and delivery partners (e.g., Shiprocket, Shadowfax, Porter, Dunzo, BlueDart).
• Optimize

  delivery turnaround time (TAT)

  and

  cost per shipment

  .
• Track RTOs, cancellations, and partner SLAs.

3. Inventory & Store Coordination

• Maintain accurate

  stock records across stores and warehouses

  for online SKUs.
• Replenish inventory based on sales velocity and reorder points.
• Coordinate inter-store stock transfers and returns.

4. Data & Reporting

• Maintain daily dashboards for

  orders, deliveries, and inventory movement

  .
• Update and validate data in Excel/Google Sheets for management reporting.
• Analyze trends in

  delivery delays, returns, and customer experience metrics

  .

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Operations / Supply Chain.
• 1–3 years’ experience in

  E-Commerce, Retail Ops, or Logistics Coordination

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Excel / Google Sheets

  and basic data analysis.
• Hands-on with e-commerce dashboards, OMS (Order Management Systems), and courier panels.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a

  fast-moving retail setup

  .

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in

  pet-care / D2C retail / hyperlocal logistics

  .
• Familiarity with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa) and aggregators (Shiprocket,Delhivery).
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
