Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce & Marketplace Executive located in Kishangarh. The E-Commerce & Marketplace Executive will be responsible for managing online sales channels, developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, analyzing sales data, improving customer experience, handling customer inquiries, and enhancing marketplace presence. Additional tasks include coordinating with the sales team, ensuring product listings are accurate and optimized, and maintaining inventory levels. You will be responsible for managing Avinoha’s online presence across multiple platforms including Amazon India, Amazon Global, Etsy, IndiaMART, and TradeIndia. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with product listing, marketplace optimization, and backend operations. You will play a key role in scaling our online sales and maintaining accurate product data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, IndiaMART, etc.)
• Optimize titles, descriptions, and keywords for visibility and conversion
• Update inventory records and maintain accurate Excel trackers
• Coordinate with the production and packaging team for dispatch updates
• Handle customer inquiries and backend operations professionally
• Analyze platform performance and prepare periodic reports
• Support catalog updates and product launches

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (BCom, BBA, or any business-related stream preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management (freshers with strong learning intent may apply)
• Proficiency in Excel and data management
• Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or similar platforms is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Basic understanding of Canva or Photoshop is a plus
• Organized, proactive, and reliable in meeting timelines
