Role Overview


Marketplace & Marketing Executive

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing listings, running ad campaigns, analyzing data, and implementing growth strategies to boost brand visibility and sales.




Key Responsibilities


Marketplace Management:


  • Manage daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and JioMart.
  • Create, optimize, and update product listings (titles, keywords, pricing, content, A+ pages).
  • Maintain account health and resolve any listing or policy issues.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/operations for stock and dispatch tracking.


Marketing & Growth:


  • Run and manage paid ad campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Meesho Boost, etc.).
  • Plan monthly promotions, coupons, and sale event participation.
  • Analyze ad performance (ACoS, CPC, ROI) and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Track competition and suggest creative and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for product creatives, A+ content, and videos.


Reporting & Analytics:


  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales and ad performance reports.
  • Monitor conversion rates, keyword rankings, and marketplace trends.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and bundling to increase sales.




Requirements


  • 1–4 years of hands-on experience in marketplace management and ads.
  • Deep understanding of

    Amazon Seller Central

    and

    Flipkart Seller Hub

    .
  • Experience with

    campaign creation, bid optimization, and keyword targeting.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ad performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Startup/D2C brand experience preferred.
