E-commerce Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven E-commerce Manager to handle our Myntra and Ajio panels. The ideal candidate should have expertise in listing management, discount and pricing management, Myntra advertisements, order boost campaigns, payment reconciliation, and inventory management. The role demands strong knowledge of how to grow brand sales and work on overall brand growth strategies across both platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end product listings with accurate details and optimization for better visibility.
• Develop and execute discount and pricing strategies to remain competitive and increase conversions.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize Myntra and Ajio advertisement campaigns (including Order Boost).
• Oversee inventory management to ensure smooth order processing and minimize stockouts.
• Perform payment reconciliation and coordinate with accounts for timely settlements.
• Track, analyze, and report sales performance, category trends, and competitor activity.
• Create and implement strategies for brand growth, visibility improvement, and sales enhancement.
• Stay updated with Myntra and Ajio guidelines, policies, and marketplace developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in handling Myntra and Ajio panels.
• Strong knowledge of listing, pricing, discounts, ads management, order boost, and reconciliation.
• Good command over inventory management and sales reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and marketplace dashboards.
• Ability to lead initiatives that drive brand sales and long-term growth.
