E-Commerce Manager

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and tech-savvy E-Commerce Manager to lead our online business operations across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others. The ideal candidate will not only manage day-to-day operations but also leverage AI-driven tools and analytics to optimize listings, pricing, inventory, and marketing performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions across all marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.). Monitor daily sales, returns, and performance metrics to ensure business growth. Develop and execute strategies for marketplace growth, visibility, and ranking improvement. Use AI-based tools (like ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, Google AI tools, Helium 10, etc.) for: Listing optimization (titles, descriptions, keywords, SEO) Customer response automation Competitor analysis and market trend tracking AI-assisted ad campaigns and analytics Coordinate with internal teams for stock planning, product launches, and digital marketing. Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights using AI dashboards or data tools. Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in managing Amazon/Flipkart seller accounts. Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, PPC campaigns, SEO, and FBA/FBM models. Working knowledge of AI-based tools for automation, data analysis, and content creation. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and AI reporting tools. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns. Preferred (Not Mandatory): Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, or similar. Knowledge of Python or no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) is a plus. Creative mindset for content generation and branding.
