Role:- E-Commerce Manager
Location :- Gurgaon
Roles And Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
● Strategy Development:
○ Develop and implement holistic Amazon advertising strategies (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon DSP) tailored to specific cosmetic product goals (e.g., new product launches, brand awareness, sales growth, liquidation).
○ Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and keyword research specific to the cosmetic industry to identify opportunities and inform campaign strategies.
○ Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon advertising features, algorithms, and industry trends within the beauty sector.
● Campaign Management & Optimization:
○ Hands-on creation, setup, and daily management of Amazon PPC campaigns, including keyword targeting, product targeting, audience targeting, and bid management.
○ Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (ACoS, ROAS, conversion rates, click-through rates, etc.) to achieve desired KPIs and maximize profitability.
○ Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, headlines, product images, and landing pages to identify winning strategies.
○ Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal spend and ROI.
○ Identify and implement negative keywords to reduce wasted ad spend.
● Reporting & Analysis:
○ Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
○ Utilize Amazon Advertising Console, Brand Analytics, and other third-party tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout) for in-depth data analysis and reporting.
○ Communicate campaign performance, trends, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to internal teams and clients.
● Content & Listing Optimization:
○ Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and brand-compliant ad creatives (images, videos, ad copy) that resonate with the cosmetic target audience.
○ Provide recommendations for optimizing product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, Storefronts) to improve conversion rates and overall ad effectiveness.
● Industry Expertise:
○ Demonstrate a strong understanding of the cosmetic and beauty industry, including product categories (skincare, makeup, haircare, fragrance), seasonality, consumer purchasing behavior, and competitor landscape.
○ Adapt advertising strategies to align with beauty industry trends and consumer preferences.
Qualifications:
● 5+ years of experience preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
● Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, Flipkart.
● Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
● Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
