Job Description

The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our e-commerce strategy across various online platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and team management. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless online customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Strategy:
- Develop and execute e-commerce business strategies to drive sales growth and revenue. - Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform e-commerce decisions.2. Platform Management: - Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform(s) for user experience, conversion rates, and sales. - Ensure seamless integration with other business systems (e.g., inventory management, CRM).3. Digital Marketing: - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales. - Manage email marketing, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.4. Team Management: - Lead and manage a team of e-commerce professionals, including customer service, content creation, and digital marketing. - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.5. Performance Analysis: - Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics (e.g., sales, conversion rates, customer satisfaction). - Use data insights to inform business decisions and optimize e-commerce operations.6. Customer Experience: - Ensure excellent customer experience across all online touchpoints. - Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.

 

equirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.- Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth and revenue.- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and customer behavior.- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Email Marketing Automation).- Familiarity with CRM and inventory management systems.
