E Commerce Inventory Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an E-commerce Inventory Planner to oversee stock planning and replenishment across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. This role requires strong coordination with operations, logistics partners, and Amazon Fulfilment Centres to ensure products are always available, correctly labelled, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Forecast and plan inventory requirements across multiple e-commerce platforms (with a strong focus on Amazon).
• Monitor stock levels, analyse sales trends, and ensure optimal replenishment.
• Create and manage inbound shipments, APOBs, and FC appointments.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth dispatch and timely delivery to fulfilment centres.
• Ensure accurate labelling (FNSKU/barcoding) and compliance with platform requirements.
• Track shipments until check-in at Amazon FCs; resolve discrepancies or delays.
• Maintain inventory dashboards and generate regular reports on stock, OOS %, and fill rate.
• Work with sales/marketing teams to align inventory with promotions and peak demand periods.
• Pre-empt inventory requirement for deal days and communicate with brands and the procurement team
• Coordinate and process Shopify orders with operations and logistics.

Requirements

• 1/2 years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain, or e-commerce operations.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon FC processes (shipments, labelling, APOB, returns).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with ERP/WMS is a plus.
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple SKUs and brands.
• FMCG / consumer goods/pet food experience preferred.
