Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of NiceG’s e-commerce website and third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Develop and implement strategies to drive online traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize ROI
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create compelling online content and campaigns
Monitor performance metrics (sales, traffic, engagement, etc.) and use data to inform decision-making
Ensure an optimized user experience across devices with a focus on mobile-first design
Oversee inventory levels, order fulfillment, and customer service in coordination with operations team
Manage promotional calendars and coordinate launches, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitors to identify opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
3+ years of experience in e-commerce management
Proficiency in platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar
Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email Marketing)
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
Excellent communication and project management skills
Knowledge of inventory and logistics management is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
