Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Ecommerce Manager. The Ecommerce Manager will be in charge of managing all aspects of the ecommerce business including marketing, product listing, inventory management, order processing, customer service, and sales analysis. The Ecommerce Manager will work closely with the marketing team and external vendors to ensure the success of the ecommerce business.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in related field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Retail, or E-Commerce
· Experience working with popular ecommerce platforms and marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa and Myntra
· Strong analytical skills to interpret ecommerce metrics and make decisions based on data insights
· Experience in inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment
· Ability to develop and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with the marketing team, customer service team, warehouse team and external partners
· Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
· Strong computer skills including Excel (Pivot table etc)
· Strong communication skills (Written & Oral English)
