E Commerce Manager

As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the online sales and digital presence of the company. Your role will involve developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing website design and functionality, analyzing sales data, optimizing customer experience, and driving overall growth. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the e-commerce platform is user-friendly and oversee its design and functionality to enhance navigation and customer experience. - Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns such as SEO, PPC, and email marketing to attract traffic and boost sales. - Analyze website analytics, sales data, and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve performance. - Optimize the online sales funnel, implement promotional strategies, and enhance the customer journey to increase conversion rates. - Manage and motivate e-commerce teams through hiring, training, and guidance of new members. - Collaborate with marketing, IT, product, and customer service departments to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive online strategy. - Create budgets for e-commerce activities, manage vendor agreements, and oversee relationships. - Oversee the implementation of new product launches on the e-commerce site, including creating necessary content and landing pages.
