E Commerce Manager

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for managing an E-commerce platform, overseeing its design, functionality, and user experience to optimize conversions. You will develop and implement digital marketing strategies utilizing SEO, SEM, and other techniques to drive traffic and boost sales. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics such as site traffic and conversion rates to refine strategies and enhance the sales funnel. In this position, you will collaborate with various teams including marketing, IT, product, and customer service to align efforts and ensure seamless online operations. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing product listings, writing website copy, and maintaining accurate pricing and product information. Your focus will also include enhancing the overall customer experience and providing exceptional service across digital platforms.
