About the Role

E-Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the e-commerce business strategy aligned with overall company goals.
Own the
end-to-end P&L,
including revenue growth, margins, costs, and profitability.
Drive sales and customer engagement across the companys website, app, and partner marketplaces.
Plan and manage e-commerce marketing campaigns and budgets with a strong ROI focus.
Collaborate with product, supply chain, operations, and customer service teams to deliver seamless order fulfilment and superior customer experience.
Monitor performance through analytics and prepare regular business reports for management.
Identify emerging digital trends, new channels, and partnership opportunities.
Lead and develop a high-performing e-commerce team.

Preferred candidate profile

5 - 8 years
of proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in consumer/retail/FMCG sectors.
Strong expertise in
P&L management
, online marketing, and performance optimisation.
Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital sales channels.
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.
