Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an E-commerce Marketplace Manager to manage and expand our presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace & Account Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra (and other platforms as required).
  • Ensure smooth order flow, dispatches, SLA adherence, and good account health.
  • Resolve tickets related to listings, suspensions, returns, penalties, etc.

Listing & Catalogue Management

  • Create, upload and maintain product listings with correct details and attributes.
  • Optimise titles, descriptions, keywords, bullet points and images for better visibility and conversion.
  • Maintain a consistent, accurate and updated product catalogue across all marketplaces.

Advertising & Promotions

  • Plan and manage

    marketplace ad campaigns

    (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads, etc.).
  • Optimise ad spends to improve ACOS / ROAS and overall profitability.
  • Plan and execute sale events, coupons, deals, price drops and other promotional tools available on each platform.

Execution & Coordination

  • Work closely with

    inventory, warehouse, planning and design/content teams

    .
  • Ensure availability of stock for bestsellers and new launches.
  • Coordinate on packaging, images, content and offers required by each marketplace.

Data, Reports & Insights

  • Prepare

    daily/weekly/monthly performance reports

    sales, traffic, conversion, ads, returns etc.
  • Do SKU-wise analysis to identify growth opportunities and underperforming products.
  • Share actionable insights and drive execution based on data.

Requirements

  • Minimum

    3 years of experience

    managing ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon is mandatory; Flipkart / Myntra experience preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of

    Seller Central / Seller Hub / Myntra Partner Portal

    or similar platforms.
  • Good

    Excel / Google Sheets

    skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort with reports & numbers.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in

    e-commerce / D2C / retail / fashion / home furnishing / FMCG

    preferred.

Excellent communicator across internal and external stakeholder groups

Consistently up to date with industry trends and platform updates

Process-driven, organized, and proactive with a bias for action
