Role & responsibilities 1. Platform Management and Optimization: Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon platforms. Regularly monitor and update product descriptions, images, pricing, and offers to ensure they are competitive and accurate. Implement SEO best practices for listings to enhance product visibility and ranking. Conduct keyword research and optimize product titles and descriptions accordingly. Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and maintain high ratings and reviews. 2. Advertising and Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon (PPC), platform-specific ad tools. Monitor ad performance to ensure achieving or exceeding industry ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, keywords, and bidding strategies for better performance. Coordinate with the design team for creative assets required for ad campaigns. 3. Query and Dispute Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for any disputes or queries between the brand and e-commerce platforms. Resolve listing issues, payment disputes, and customer feedback in coordination with the platform support teams. Maintain a record of disputes and their resolution status. 4. Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, ad performance, stock levels, and customer queries. Analyze data to provide actionable insights for improving sales and profitability. Present performance reports to the management team with clear insights and recommendations. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in Home Decor sector. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon) and Shopify. Proven experience with e-commerce advertising and achieving industry ROAS. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Amazon ad campaigns (sponsored products, sponsored brands, and sponsored display). You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to maximize ROI and scale revenue through strategic Amazon PPC management.
