Role Overview We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end digital strategy and execution for Shero. This role is pivotal in building brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and delivering measurable growth across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Design and execute Sheros end-to-end digital marketing strategy across social media, search, display, email, performance marketing, and influencer collaborations. Plan impactful content and storytelling that reflect Sheros values of empowerment, heritage, and authenticity across all digital platforms. Manage SEO and SEM initiatives , including keyword strategies, website optimization, and paid campaigns to drive increased visibility and conversions. Lead performance marketing efforts across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, CPL campaigns, and lead-generation funnels with full ROI accountability. Track and optimize key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and overall digital growth. Build, nurture, and engage online communities across regions and languages, ensuring strong customer relationships and brand loyalty. Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify improvement opportunities and implement data-driven optimizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer service to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns. Develop and present monthly dashboards and reports with insights, KPIs, and recommendations to the leadership team. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously innovate Sheros digital marketing approach. Preferred candidate profile 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in consumer brands/e-commerce. Strong grasp of performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Analytics, SEO). Proven record of scaling digital campaigns with measurable ROI. Creative thinker with storytelling ability and an eye for design. Leadership skills to manage agencies, vendors, and internal teams. Passion for food, culture, and womens empowerment is a big plus.
