Role Overview

Operations Team Lead Partner Relationship

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Partner Relationship Operations across multiple regions, ensuring seamless support for Shero kitchen partners.
  
• Manage, mentor, and scale a multi-language Partner Support & Operations team with a strong focus on performance, empathy, and partner-first service.
  
• Build deep, trust-driven relationships with partners to enhance engagement, retention, and business growth.
  
• Analyse partner performance data to identify bottlenecks and develop structured coaching, training, and improvement programs.
  
• Design, implement, and optimise SOPs, quality standards, and feedback loops to strengthen partner experience.
  
• Serve as the central escalation point for partner concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Growth, Finance, Training, and Product teams to implement strategic interventions for partner success.
  
• Lead periodic partner performance reviews, community interactions, and initiatives that reinforce Sheros values of empowerment and authenticity.
  
• Contribute actively to building a strong organisational culture emphasising empathy, ownership, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience

  in customer success, partner relationship management, or operations in high-growth sectors such as FMCG, QSR, Food Tech, E-commerce, Logistics, or similar.
• Proven ability to

  manage and motivate multi-language and regionally distributed teams

  .
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in

  data-driven decision-making and performance coaching

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to design and deliver

  training, capability building, and behavioural coaching

  at scale.
• Strong process orientation with experience in implementing SOPs and quality frameworks.
  
• Passion for

  empowering women entrepreneurs

  and building socially impactful, scalable ecosystems.
