Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior E-commerce Manager to manage and scale our operations across major Indian marketplaces, including Amazon, Meesho, and Myntra . The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end e-commerce operations and driving online sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily operations on Amazon, Meesho, Myntra, and other national e-commerce platforms. Handle product listing, cataloging, keyword optimization, and content enhancement in accordance with platform standards. Plan and execute marketplace sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns to increase visibility and revenue. Coordinate with internal teams for inventory management, order fulfillment, returns, and cancellations. Monitor sales performance and platform analytics to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities. Manage marketplace advertising tools such as Amazon Sponsored Ads and Myntra marketing programs. Maintain strong relationships with platform account managers and resolve listing or compliance issues promptly. Ensure compliance with platform policies and industry standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2–3 years of proven experience in e-commerce marketplace management. Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Meesho Supplier Hub, and Myntra Partner Panel. Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, performance metrics, and advertising strategies. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and data interpretation. Ability to multitask and manage multiple platform operations effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
