We’re redefining online fashion shopping for the new generation—fast, stylish, and seamless. --- Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Listing Manager to handle and oversee the process of uploading, updating, and maintaining product listings on our platform. This role involves working closely with the Vendor Manager, sellers, and the tech team to ensure all listings are accurate, attractive, and optimized for performance. --- Key Responsibilities 🛍️ Product Listing & Management: Upload new product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, and attributes. Ensure high-quality images and category tagging are used for every product. Maintain style and format consistency across the platform. 📦 Coordination & Workflow: Work closely with the Vendor Manager to receive seller catalogs and listing details. Coordinate with sellers for missing information, image corrections, or bulk uploads. Assist in bulk listing through Excel sheets, CSVs, or platform-specific tools. 🔧 Platform & Quality Control: Ensure listings meet platform standards (title length, keywords, image size, SEO best practices). Regularly audit the site for broken listings, price mismatches, or out-of-stock issues. Update listings in real-time as per stock availability and changes from sellers. 📊 Reporting & Analytics: Maintain a listing tracker for daily uploads and category-wise growth. Share periodic reports on catalog health, category gaps, and listing performance. --- Requirements Min. 1 Year of experience in product listing, cataloging, or e-commerce backend management. Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic image editing. Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom CMS is a plus.
