About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Product Listing & Management: Upload new product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, and attributes. Ensure high-quality images and category tagging are used for every product. Maintain consistency in style and format across the platform. 2. Coordination & Workflow: Work closely with the Vendor Manager to receive seller catalogs and listing details. Coordinate with sellers for missing information, image corrections, or bulk uploads. Assist in bulk listing through Excel sheets, CSVs, or platform-specific tools. 3. Platform & Quality Control: Ensure listings meet platform standards (title length, keywords, image size, SEO best practices). Regularly audit the site for broken listings, price mismatches, or out-of-stock issues. Update listings in real-time as per stock availability and changes from sellers. 4. Reporting & Analytics: Maintain a listing tracker for daily uploads and category-wise growth. Share periodic reports on catalog health, category gaps, and listing performance. Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills. Good communication skills to interact with sellers and internal teams.
