E-Commerce Intern

About the Role:-

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to support our online operations team. The intern will assist in managing product listings, monitoring platform performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of our e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Assist in creating, updating, and optimizing product listings across marketplaces/website.
• Coordinate with the catalog, content, and design teams to ensure accurate product information and quality visuals.
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis for pricing, trends, and assortments.
• Assist in planning and executing promotions, campaigns, and online sales events.
• Communicate with internal teams (warehouse, customer support, marketing) to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and company policies.
• Perform other tasks as required to support the e-commerce team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Operations, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of online shopping platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)—preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and comfortable working with data.
• Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Keen attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):-

1.Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, or marketplace dashboards.

2.Experience with product listing or catalog management (even academic projects).

3.Interest in e-commerce trends and consumer behavior.
