About the Internship:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to support our online marketplace operations.
This role provides hands-on experience in managing product listings, orders, inventory coordination, customer queries, and platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in listing products on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
• Support daily order processing and coordination with the operations team.
• Monitor stock levels and update inventory across platforms.
• Help track pricing, promotions, and product visibility.
• Handle basic customer queries and issues with guidance.
• Maintain data in Excel/Sheets for product, sales, and performance.
• Coordinate with marketing and operation teams for campaign support.
• Perform competitor research and product analysis.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (preferred, not mandatory).
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage daily operational tasks efficiently.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Coimbatore.
