E-Commerce Intern

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to support our online sales operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the e-commerce industry. You will assist with product listings, online promotions, data analysis, and customer service across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing and updating product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc. Support coordination between internal teams (marketing, inventory, and design) for product readiness. Help monitor sales performance, traffic metrics, and e-commerce platform analytics. Aid in optimizing listings with SEO-friendly content, images, and competitive pricing. Contribute to the planning and execution of online campaigns, offers, and promotions. Assist with coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth order processing and returns. Help respond to customer queries, reviews, and feedback on online platforms. Stay informed about current e-commerce trends, policies, and competitor activity. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail. Basic understanding of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or Shopify is a plus. Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets for data handling. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Good communication and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with tools like Canva or Photoshop is an advantage. Understanding of SEO, marketplace ads (e.g., Amazon PPC), or digital marketing is a bonus.
