About Us We are a growing DTC brand focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and seamless operations. Our team is lean, fast-paced, and passionate about creating great products and service. We’re looking for an Account Management & Operations Executive who can manage back-end operations, product cataloging, and customer relationships with precision and care. Key Responsibilities 1. Account Management & Operations Process and manage daily orders on Shopify and the manufacturer’s backend panel. Ensure timely coordination with production and fulfillment teams to maintain order accuracy and delivery timelines. Maintain clear documentation and status tracking of all orders. 2. Cataloging & Taxonomy Create and manage product listings on Shopify with complete and accurate information. Catalog products correctly on the manufacturer’s backend system and ensure they are synced with the Shopify store. Conduct quality checks (QC) to ensure all products are listed with proper imagery, descriptions, tags, and categorization. Continuously optimize product taxonomy for improved user navigation and discoverability. 3. Customer Relations & Support Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email, chat, or social platforms. Process returns, refunds, and exchanges with clarity, ensuring a smooth and empathetic customer experience. Act as a clear communication bridge between customers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in an e-commerce operations or account management role (Shopify experience is a must). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with customer support tools Experience in cataloging, product information management, or backend operations for online stores is highly preferred.
