Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with prior experience in the jewelry industry . The ideal candidate will manage online product listings, coordinate order fulfillment, enhance customer engagement, and drive sales through various digital platforms. A strong understanding of jewelry products, online marketplaces, and digital marketing tools is essential. Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings on various platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and the company's website. Upload, update, and optimize jewellery product images, descriptions, specifications, and pricing. Coordinate with design, inventory, and photography teams to ensure accurate and appealing product representation. Monitor stock levels and manage order processing, dispatch, and returns. Analyze sales performance, traffic data, and customer behavior to improve listings and strategies. Handle customer queries, complaints, and reviews professionally and promptly. Plan and execute online promotional campaigns, deals, and festive offers. Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies. Generate periodic reports on sales, performance metrics, and customer feedback. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of e-commerce experience, preferably in the jewelry sector . Strong understanding of jewelry products (metal types, stones, certifications, etc.). Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic image editing tools. Experience with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to multitask. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is an added advantage.
