Job Description – Store Admin & Collection Coordinator Position: Store Admin & Collection Coordinator Location: Vazhakkala, Ernakulam (Tozty HQ) Department: Operations & Accounts Reporting to: Operations Manager / Managing Partner Company: Tozty International – Distributor of Adhesives, Sealants, PU Foam, Spray Paints, and Construction Hardware (Brands: Asian Paints, Nippon, ABRO, Kingston, etc.) 🎯 Key Responsibilities 1. Store Administration Supervise inward and outward movement of materials (adhesives, sealants, tools, etc.) in the warehouse. Maintain proper stock registers, GRNs, and daily inward/outward logs. Coordinate with the sales team and transport partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials. Conduct monthly physical stock audits and reconcile with ERP/manual records. Manage FIFO (First-In-First-Out) to avoid stock expiry, especially for short shelf-life items (PU Foam, sealants). Ensure proper storage conditions, stacking, and labeling based on product category and district dispatch. 2. Collection Coordination Follow up on outstanding payments from customers as per agreed credit terms. Track and update daily collection reports – cash, cheque, NEFT, UPI. Reconcile payment receipts with invoices and coordinate with the accounts team for accurate entries. Handle communication with clients for overdue collections professionally and firmly. Coordinate with field sales executives for on-ground collection efforts. Escalate cases of bounced cheques or delayed payments for management intervention.
